Site Induction – Site Visitors Only
We collect your personal information to manage site inductions and meet obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA).
- Information collected
- First name, last name, company, phone number, email address, and (if applicable) the primary role of the person applying for a site access card.
- Purpose
- Your information is collected via the Skytrust platform to register and manage inductions, verify site access (including issuing access cards where applicable), communicate safety and compliance information, and maintain WHS records. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to complete induction or access the site.
- Use and disclosure
- Information may be shared with authorised personnel within our organisation, Skytrust (as our service provider), and regulators where required by law. It is stored electronically in our systems and Skytrust with reasonable safeguards in place.
